Quran vs The Torah, Bible and The Dead Sea Scrolls?

Are Musslims saying that The Laws of Moses that the God Yahweh wrote in it's much strickter and indepth version found only in The Dead Sea Scrolls, Torah and the Bible but not in the Quran concerning clean and unclean animals to eat as a food product, purification of women after childbirth, regulations about infectious skin diseases, regulations about mildew, discharges causing uncleanness, eating blood forbidden, unlawful sexual relations and the one place of worship laws to name a few that were to be followed without change by God's chosen nation for every generation to come all of a sudden were greatly deluted by the same God when He inspired Mohummad to write new regulation in the Quran concerning these same laws that were never to be changed or altered by His people.

Muslims try to shoehorn their faith into Judaism on one hand and say the Bible is corrupted and changed on the other. They can't have it both ways.

Regardless, the promise & covenant is to Isaac's children, not Ishmael's.

When Jesus walked this earth, the Hebrew Scriptures were Complete, after Christ rose and went to Heaven faithful men of old along with Paul wrote down things that people themselves were eyewitnesses to. Today we have the Complete Bible.
What Good is the Quran which comes 700 years after the Death of the Apostles? All it has is Claims. We know, its a Book for the Arab people, No more No less.
