i like this guy i havent verbally told him but i wrote him a letter but i keep on having good dreams bout him should i tell him face to face that i want to be more than friends

If you think he returns your liking then go for it. If your having dreams that are good about him, it might be a good indication that he might like you. I no it sounds weird, but i had a dream that a lady was being chased by the grim reaper, then the next day my friends mom died....pretty freaky...anyway, good luck.
