My cat has never meowed. One time my doberman grabbed him by the neck and he screamed "HEEELLLLPPP" does he have brain damage?

My cat has only meowed a couple of times in life! I guess he just doesn't have anything to say!

Some cats are just quiet, others are very outspoken, sounds normal, I doubt brain damage is the culprit, I think as long as he's acting like a normal cat he probably is normal. But the only way to be sure take him to the vet.

Cats are able to make an astonishing array of sounds !
Some cats are just more vocal than others , Your kitty my change after it has lived with you and the dog longer.

Some cats are quieter than others. One of mine meows incessantly while the other only meows when she is hungry and wants food.

nah no vrain damage just scared silent most likely maybe the doberman tils him shut up or i'll .... cats and dogs do talk to each other so who knows

Cats are different depending on the breed. Persians are the quietest breed. Don't worry.
