so long as its not simply for money,this could be considered a very virtue-us thing to do.you could really help someones quality of life immensely.go talk to a health professional firstly,for an evaluation,and then if you get a green light,go to a kidney dialysis center and give it to the one who could never afford to pay you . go for a young single mom,with several young children totally dependent on her
