alright i dont smoke pot or anything but i had to get a drug test today after i got into the union and i was worried because saturday night around 11pm i took 2 vicodin...i know it was dumb and thats the only time ive ever taken them...i took the drug test at about 1130am today...before the drug test at like 950 i bought a detox drink and drank that real fast and then drank a ton of water...and really i was just wondering if the detox drink will cover up the codeine...it was acme total eclipse detox drink from gnc by the way

yes it should even if you didnt take the drink vicodin is out of your system in 2 days if not used regularly so you should be fine.. good luck

Unusual. Most companies give you an opportunity to indicate on a form that accompanies the test specimen what prescription and OTC medications you are or have taken. You could have just said, "Oh, yeah, I take Vicodin for pain; took some last Saturday, in fact". If Saturday was the only time you took them, I think it should be out of your system. The half life of Vicodin is only 3.8 hours.

The detox drink and the water used to dilute your urine will show up! Codeine is not illegal - tell them you had a prescription - if they even ask. As for the diluted sample, should it come up, tell them you've been sick and drinking a lot of fluids. Or that you work out a lot and try to stay REALLY hydrated at all times!

You might of made it worse my taking one of those drinks. A lot of places test for the contents there are in those "detox" drinks.

What's the big deal? Vicodin isn't illegal, they can't penalize you for that.

if you have a perscription for it u wil be ok.....a good drug test detects screening agents then you are f'ed

I'M NOT SURE...MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED THE ASSISTANT AT THE FACILITY OR AT LEAST INFORMED HER OF WHAT WAS GOING ON SO SHE COULD ADVISE YOU ON WHAT TO DO.
