While many will say Los Angeles, the truth is that both cities are about equal.

Both cities have equal diversity, just different ranges.
L.A. has it's European white people immigrants, but it also has people primarily from Mexico, South and Central America, China, Japan, Korea, VietNam, India and Pakistan, and the Pacific Islands, and parts of Eastern Africa.
New York draws heavily from Western and Eastern Europe, Eastern India and Turkey, Greece, Carribean Islands, South and Western Africa.
Hardest to find are Native Americans in either city.

New York is DEFINITELY more diverse than LA. People from all over Europe, Latin America, Canada, and Asia live in NY, whereas the majority of people in LA are Latino.

nyc because we are all crammed together lol we are more tolerant
in LA everyone is seperated into little regions of the city

LA more latino 50%, white 25% asian 15% african 10%, NYC more african 30%, white 30% asian 15% latino 25%.
LA has more new immigrants.
Don't think NYC is only mahattan , just like LA is only hollywood.

Its almost the same.
LA has more Asians, Middle easterns and Latinos and its less populated and its more spread out. NYC has more European & Africans and its the most populated city in USA.
