I became a Christian as a teenager, but fell away. I didn't really come back to God until 2002-ish. The most significant change in my life is that my fear is gone. I used to be utterly terrified to the point of panic attacks when I let myself think about my own death. I had to sleep with the t.v. on in order to distract my mind while trying to go to sleep. That has all changed. I guess you could say God healed me from those panic attacks... others would say that "perfect love casteth out all fear" and since I accepted/rededicated my life to Jesus, that "perfect love" pushed out the fear in my heart.

I am yet a babe in Christ. I accepted Him as my Lord and Savior on June 9, 2006. Since then, my husband and I reconciled our marriage, He became a Christian, and our marriage is getting closer and closer now. I have stopped worrying about what others thought, and only worry about what God thinks. I have become much less worldly, and much more Godly. I no longer wear a bunch of jewelry, tight fitting clothes, or dye my hair. Who, after all, could pick a better color than Him? I love to read and study God's word, put others before me, and have just so much love in my heart. There are just TONS of things going on in our life, including meeting my daughter I gave up for adoption when she was born, new friends, and peace and joy that cannot be explained.

I grew up Catholic, but always read the Bible. I was always a seeker, always motivated to read and learn about other cultures.
I practiced Super Neo Yahwism for a few years....a blend of modern technology and ancient Yahwism. I became a type of Muslim for a number of years after that, because I could not get Jews to relate with what I was doing. Then I saw people dying around me, and turned to Jesus Christ....and became healed and delivered. I have been Evangelical Christian for a number of years.

Just a few years, about 4 I would guess. It wasn't an overnight thing. But looking back I can see that it has changed my life drastically. You reap what you sow, and if you live the way you're supposed to it'll be a good harvest.

I have believed in God as long as I can remember. When I was taken to church as a child, I also believed in Jesus, that He was the son of God who died on a cross and rose again. That's about all I knew.
I didn't start studying the bible until I was in my 40's. That is when everything changed for me. I've been studying it now for ten years. God has transformed my life. I used to be fearful and confused, I am now joyful and assured.
Thank God!

7 years. It has changed my life in so many ways but I think mostly it is a personal journey and even if I were to tell you about them they would never be as exciting to you as they are to me.

49 years.
I became a Christian by an act of God the Holy Spirit in the waters of Holy Baptism when I was a baby.
It changed me ontologically. It made me a new creation, a child of God and an inheritor of His Kingdom.
I also became a Priest when I was 41.
