Please help, my tongue hurts bad!!!?

Question

I have a small white spot on the side/tip of my tongue, its not raised but it has been hurting so bad for the past 5 days, it hurts to eat, i have tried baking soda, an asprin, orajel, and salt, nothing helps, it hurts so bad i can cry, my whole jaw hurts at times after I eat, has anyone had this, what can I do other than go to the doc, please help im miserable♥

it's probably a cancer sore and should go away in about a few more days avoid salt chocolate and katsup or anything else acidic hope this helps.

No one else can really answer this for you, as everyone's experience is different. For what it's worth, my tongue piercing didn't hurt at all to have done, but the week after wasn't fun, as your tongue will swell a lot, and talking will be somewhat difficult. (After it heals though, you should be totally fine.) As for nose, are you talking about your nostril, or septum, or somewhere else? I've had my septum done twice now, the second time hurt a bit more, but it still wasn't that bad. Really, you should just get whichever you want more and not worry about the pain factor.

I have had a white, raised bump before. Usually has been after a night of heavy drinking( don't know why) It was painful, but not to the point of pain in the jaw. Just sore to the touch. I would say see a Dr. 5 days is also a long time for that.

Try to search Google for those symptoms too.

i've had the same problem..I did..twice!! i went through hell i promis u..I cried..and i literally starved myself cuz i didnt wanna feel the pain =[[...but then it can be from not enough zinc in ur body?? i think thats what its called..im only 13 so i dont know about that crap! lol But my mom got me these zinc pills..and i took one each day until it went away and it went away in 2 days!! just like that..and the 2nd one came up..and it happened again so i did the same thing and it went away in 2 days and u can go to wal-mart and get them..u dont have to go the doctor or anything!..They dont cost that much i dont think

Call your dr. or dentist and ask for silver nitrate. It is a stick with chemicals on the end of it. They light it with a match and apply it to your sore. It only stings a little bit, but it completely seals up the sore, and there is no more pain, and you can eat normally.

Get a bottle of Campho-Phenique. Use a cotton swab to put some on your 'sore' ... what you have is called a 'canker sore' and they really do HURT BAD when you get them on the tongue. Campho-Phenique is the ONLY thing I've ever had that 'works' to relieve the pain ... and you can use it every fifteen minutes, if necessary ... it doesn't taste good, but the 'relief' is WONDERFUL.

Its probably a kanker soar. Maybe put some anteseptic on it. If it doesn't get better... definitely go to a doctor.

Put some toothache medicine on it like: "Ambesol".
U have a blister or perhaps a cold sore on it..."Aveeno" (advanced relief cold sore treatment).
PS: Have it check out w/ a Dr also.

ru a smoker. I have u tried washing mouth out with 3parts water 1part peroxide mix? I'm going to say it if its that bad u need to see a Dr. definitely if u smoke. good luck

If it that bad and you are that worried about it.. see your doctor. While he may not be able to do anything for it, at least you will know what the problem is.
