I had Miadol then I had Miadol 4 hours later. Then I had tylonal 1 hour hafter that. My cramps and head is killing me. I read the warnings to it and they both said they contain acetaminophen and to not have it with anyother medicine that contains that. How Do I make myself throw up? And no I dont have a doctor

Calm down. How much did you take? If you took normal doses, then you should be perfectly fine. Prescription strength is usually double the normal dose anyway. I doubt you overdosed (unless you took WAY more than normal amounts or you combined it with other drugs that you aren't telling us about). Just drink lots of water to flush it through your system. The extra water should help your headache as well.
Your question was how to make you throw-up so I guess I should answer that. Ipecac syrup will make you throw up, but it will be A LOT of throwing up and you will be more miserable than you are now. And since it is already digested and in your bloodstream, throwing up isn't going to get the drugs out of your system. Water is going to be your best solution right now.
You can also call poison control free of charge and without giving your name. They will most likely tell you that it's nothing to worry about. But they can also give you solutions that can help.

I agree with the above answer. Drink milk or eat ice cream. It will induce vomiting, as you shouldn't mix these medications with dairy. I took two panadiene forte and then had an ice cream and ended up throwing up the pills. If you're concerned call your local hospital and relay your situation to them and see what they think, if they think that you need to come in and get your stomach pumped then call an ambulance. Do not attempt to drive, even though Tramadol is not a 'narcotic' they are still pretty strong painkillers. After all of this, may I suggest maybe going to a NA meeting for the drug abuse. They do help, and see about getting on some medication called Naltrexone to deal with the cravings. Good luck, xo.

GO TO THE HOSPITAL. You shouldn't be on the computer! You should be going to the hospital and having them pump your stomach. That will definitely make you throw out and clear the medicine out of your body. I suggest you do that as soon as possible because otherwise the drugs will take effect and no longer be in your stomach, and throwing up will do you no good at all.

OTHERWISE: A good way to make yourself throw up is to sit by the toilet and smell the water. I know that sounds strange but the smell of toilet water is definitely different from tap water... then imagine eating something that you really, really hate. Or something that is absolutely disgusting... like feces, etc. If you do that for long enough and dry gag for a while, you'll cause yourself to throw up within maybe 20 minutes.

I suggest going to the hospital instead of trying to make yourself throw up. Miadol takes less than 20 minutes to start working and you won't be doing yourself a favor trying to get yourself to throw up once it's in your bloodstream.

For what it's worth, when I had bad cramps as a teenager, I took 4 Tylenol and 2 Advil at once. I don't think it'll hurt you, especially when you factor in body weight.

Still, if you're worried, call a poison control center.

You need to get to the er & they'll give you naloxone. Throwing up is not the answer, & neither is being on the computer. You can have some serious lasting effects from the acetaminophen od.

You dont need to throw up, unless they are making your stomache upset, you should be fine this time, ( unless you have allergies to them or something, but drug interaction is dangerous anytime you need to be more careful and give them a chance to work before taking differnt kinds of pain relievers or take more then reccommended, allot of times the reason.... is they can eat a hole in your stomache lining. be cafeful, we wouldnt want anything abd to happen to you! :)
