In other words, were they created to be so very different especially in thought patterns or did this mental and emotional rift or schism happen after the sin?

Or in other words did they want the same things in the same way and for the same reasons before the sin? Was woman intended to be different emotionally and mentally from her husband before the sin?
Yes they were created good and perfect, but couldn't they still be created (wired)differently before the sin? Did women become relational after the sin (because of the verse that talks about and women shall desire their husband) or were they created to be relationally different from men (because they were created to be helpmate and to be a woman).

It was not till Adam disobeyed a simple comand that he became self concious about right and wrong. As they discovered that they where naked. And needed a covering to appear in before their Creator.

Man was a phenomenal creation with a perfect immune system .He had tremendous capability for longevity ;however becaus of sin man degraded with time.sort of the inverse of evolution theory which states that man"s physical atributes improved with time.
HIstory did indicate that at the begining man lived a very long time, and now with the evolution of time ,man has become prone to many diseases ,and the life span of mankind has shortened considerably.

Adam and Eve were created perfect by God in every respect. Sin and God's curse resulted in death and imperfection. That is why there is death and disease in the world today. God did not create the world like this because He called everything "very good". Death, weeds, thorns, disease etc are a result of sin and God's curse because of that sin.

Before the fall of man, women had wider, more intelligently-designed pelvises so that they could deliver children with more ease. After Eve ate the fruit of the tree of knowledge, God narrowed her pelvis as punishment.

I don't think men and women sin differently and but it dosesn't matter. Because sin is wrong and it seperates you from the love of God.l

After.

Scripture portrays the tragic consequences of this first disobedience. Adam and Eve immediately lose the grace of original holiness. They become afraid of the God of whom they have conceived a distorted image - that of a God jealous of his prerogatives.
