Not if you are in a really awesome Godly church, filled with the Holy Spirit. Yahoo can get interesting at times, as we discuss and debate things.
BUt there is nothing like hearing the word of God, and watching everyone just get it from the spirit.
I still prefer church. But to be honest, I have been in many churches that I couldnt wait for the service to be over with.
Man made religion....

I love sharing God's word on here and discussing it with other christians.
I am not attending a bible study right now, so it is nice to come here on days and see some pretty awesome questions, that has me looking up verses.
However as far as "learning the word of God" -- I need to be in church! I learn some on here from some good solid christians, but fellowship with other believers in real life is more important. Studying God's word is more important!
This is a nice hobby of mine- LOL
OH and not to mention worship in church! I love love love worship!!

I have more fun at my Bible Study meetings. I can have meaningful discussions with them because we all believe the same basic things.
Yahoo Answers is a question/answer forum. It is not a forum for discussions. That violates the community guidelines. I answer/ask questions on Yahoo! Answers. I don't discuss things.

I'll have to say this. It offers quite a variety. I would say that In church they would be less likely to draw attention to themselves...I have been very Impressed with several well written questions. That have made me really study /think. I love to learn about the things of God. Nobody knows It all. But we can all learn something from each other...God Bless

I enjoy church.
R&S can be a learning experience.
R&S can be a good way to share the bible and Jesus.
R&S shows how bad the world needs the gospel.
R&S shows how so many believe thier religious organization ( or thier own views) are more important then the bible.
I have "meet" many people on R&S.
both you can ask for prayer.

I don't I love church and I have fun there. I go to church as much as possible. I got saved in my church and I will always love going to church.

Oh - - - but in church we have the most wonderful music !!! And we have 'fellowship' with others who love the Lord. And we hear the Word preached...........need I say more ??
