What could i use to make italian dressing creamier like alfredo?

You could add sour cream. Or, for something that will add creaminess and less taste, plain Greek-style yogurt. Or regular ol' Dannon should work, too. Be sure to refrigerate whatever you don't eat right away. I would only keep it for about 2-3 days or so...

Unless you are going to serve it warm.
Then I'd make a white sauce and add the italian dressing to it and heat it up.

A little heaving whipping cream and parmesan cheese should to the trick. Grate the parmesan very finely, and whisk in the heavy whipping until you get the consistency desired.
