It's probably not possible, my friend went a week without eating ANY food and just drunk water, and she only lost like 4 lbs.

It is not possible or healthy to lose 8# in 4 days. However you can lose some by drinking lots of h2O with lemon to break off water weight. Protein helps as well eat nothing but protein for 2 days dairy,meat,eggs and you will see a diffrence.This will also get you off white sugar and white flour which are nutritionally defiecent foods.

eat fruit/vegetables, if you want lose it that fast you will be hungry and its sucks but it can be done. Also jog, lift weights, etc. drink only water.
