The HIV virus is quite fragile and cannot survive outside of a mamallian host for long at all. That is why it is only spread by direct intimate blood on blood or sexual or other body fluid mingling. Thankfully it is not possible for biting insects to spread it. If it were possible, most of the world would either have it or be dead by now.

No need to worry about mosquitos carrying aids.
