Materials Needed: 1/2 cup dish soap 1 1/2 cups water 2 teaspoons sugar Instructions: Mix all 3 ingredients together. Don't stir or shake too much! :-) Store in a sealed container. Experiment with blowing bubbles using different items. Captain's Bubbles: 1 cup warm water 1/4 cup blue dishwashing liquid, 1tsp. salt 1tsp glycerin to make even better bubbles(optional) Combine well, but do this gently. Use as you would any other bubbles. Best Bubble Solution 1 Cup Water 2 Tablespoons Light Karo syrup or 2 Tablespoons Glycerin 4 Tablespoons Dishwashing liquid Combine well, but do this gently. Use as you would any other bubbles. Tip: Do not use cheap dish soap. They are thinned out and do not work well. I have had best successes with Ajax, Dawn and Joy. Dawn blue seems to be the best. Mix together and have fun doing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Add a dash or two of water to some Palmolive dish liquid (thick) then try it out. Add more water, a dash at a time, if it won't make a bubble.

My mother used to make great bubble-making solution with just water, dishwash detergent, and a few drops of glycerin which seems to strengthen the bubbles and make them more colorful.

Mix dish soap and water, about 50/50. If it's not good enough, just add more dish soap.
