Too obsessive-crowding... I really like her...?

Question

Ok, so theres this really pretty girl I like. She is in the 11th grade I am in the 10th. We have similiar interests (My chemical Romance, Green Day, anything dark and creepy)... Well I asked her out last year... on Valentines Day... She said no.

Well he have become really good friends, she gives me rides home everyday, we talk, eat lunch together, etc... But I go out of my way to pass her in the hallways, talk to her, and loads more. People say I'm obsessed, I asked her if I crowd her too much she said "no it's fine."

I really like her! She has already made it known that she just wants to be friends, but she said that maybe later down the road she might like me as a boyfriends...

Another problem is that my best friend keeps flirting with her, and going to her house and everything... It bugs me...

So... I need tips! Like: How do I get her to talk to me, instead of me talking to her all the time. I don't know, I always say something stupid in front of her...

For one, he isn't your best friend, best friends don't do that, unless you HAVN'T told him your feelings about her.

For two, realize your in highschool, love isn't going to be enough to get past the selfish populairty game everyones caught up in.

For three, your not being obsessive YET, BUT if you don't balance being a good guy, with being a bad guy. Are basically being a guy with a purpose NO ONE can f with, it doesn't matter.....
