hi if u still have a desire to go and only go a tiny bit and usually it hurts when u go but u will need an antibiotic anyhow so id go to the doc..good luck u don't want it to go into a kidney infection ~

By posting this question you're getting "it might be this" and "it might be that". But you still won't know what you really have. You ask if you have a UTI. You cannot get an online diagnosis. Please, see your doctor for a real diagnosis. And, if you do have one, cranberry juice doesn't treat infection but it, along with plenty of water daily and wiping yourself correctly, can help prevent future ones.
And UTIs aren't considered an infectious disease.

If it tingles and stings when you pee you might have a STD. Those are symptoms of Herpes especially if you have what appears to be a cut or sore.

See a doctor and/or drink cranberry juice. (I'm not kidding, it helps UTI and if you don't have a UTI then its still good for you - its a win-win)
