cinnamon nutmeg & honey worked on some but i think i've been reusing it too many times (i made a lot so i could pull it out of the fridge, heat it up, use what i need, then put it back in) because i'm not really seeing a change.
any other recommendations ?

Lemon juice works everytime.
Use it at night 20 minutes before your bath or shower. Not during the day.
