Glad that they are using their time and energy on this rather than say, speaking out against the genocide in Darfur.
Where is the petition for Christians to sign to speak out against Christians who mock and slander other faiths?

Uh, you either read that wrong, or dont know how to ask a question...
That was a petition to make mocking Jesus a crime up there along the same lines as mocking Mohhamed. In other words, a useless waste of time. It would have sounded better, in my opinion, had the author also asked Christians to stop mocking others and their religions too... Petitions like this crack me up when we have pagan soldiers that are being DENIED a headstone with their symbols on them - but Christians are being persecuted!!

It's a sad thing that peole will slander, be bigoted and even kill. I don't see this helping at all though.
