I notice a girls eyes, and her smile, If she smiles.
Bright round eyes, are just hypnotic, and show you what shes like deep down. A girls smile is one of the most beautiful things there is, a happy, life loving girl just makes anyone want to get to know her. I think that they are one of the first, and most impacting, things I notice in girls.
I guess its more of, does she seem happy, and real? or fake, and self centered, and a girls eyes, and smile, or facial expressions really, help that.

First of all YOU must understand the difference between attraction and chemistry.
Attraction one does not have a choice in. We see someone from across the room and there is a trigger fired. Now what set that trigger off is usually based on something form that individuals past. Old girlfriend, an old crush, a teacher that treated them kindly, someone on television. Most likely the person isn't even aware of why they are attracted.
Chemistry is on a deeper level. It occurs once you start talking and sharing. Still appearance has something to do with it but less of the percentage. We can actually contribute values to this aspect.
If you want guys to be attracted to you first change up things each day. Like an advertisement you must show the same product in different ways each time you're seen. It can be settle, do your hair different from time to time. If you wear glasses and have contacts switch back and forth. Wear different style of clothing. Don't change everything each day, you'll run out of options.
If you are old enough Gap use to have commericals were they suggested mixing and match. You could wear one of their shirts with a pair of old jeans and later in the week with kiki. You could do the same: have two hair styles rotate back and forth, change up your glasses, clothing, wear different shoes (giving different heights), etc...
