It is unhealthy for anyone to lose more than 2 pounds a week.
But if its a drastic change to your daily routine and diet, then you will see more of a drop.
So if you did lose 2 pounds a week, thats 96 pounds a year.

"healthy" weight loss is considered to be 1-2 pounds a week (after the first few weeks where weight loss may happen more rapidly)
Also, you may want to reconsider, or at least mix up your workouts (arms one day, legs the other and abs every other day) so that your body has time to heal.
