Do you loose any body hair when you get older. Like when you go into you twenties, do you loose some leg hair, chest hair, or back hair?

We all lose hair every daily that ends up growng out eventually. However, older folks lose more hair and don't regrow that hair when they reach a certain age, for example, depending on hereditary/genes, some men and women begin losing hair on their head right around their thirty's. Men usually end up bald and it's not uncommon for women to have bald spots on their heads

Males normally have thinning of hair known as male pattern baldness. It can be simply a mild receding of the hairline to complete baldness. A decrease peripheral vascular circulation may result in hair loss, especially in the lower extremities. Diabetics and smokers are often afflicted. Ever notice older people with pasty, relatively hairless legs? However, there are other areas of the body where there will be an increase in body hair, notably the ears and nostrils.

Whether you loose or gain hair,or remain the same is totally dependent on the genes you inherited.Generally a male will gain some in his 20's and 30's.

I do not know about your twenties, there are some conditions that you will lose hair (chemotherapy) but a healthy 20yo should not loose (too much) hair. But it would be great if my butt hair would just fall out.

In my mid 30s I started growing hair in places i didn't even know it was possible! I have to pluck my ears and nose regularly now. I think it's quite the opposite - you start getting MORE body hair.

Not really. In my case, it's all turning gray, though. Also, hairs tend to start coming out of places you really don't want: ears, back, nostrils, etc. On that thought, have a nice day!

Dont we wish! I am 33 and still shave my legs and underarms every day. My grandma at 80 says that she has lost all her leg hair so apparently it does happen but not until you dont want to show your legs off anyway! LOL!

Hate to break it to you but, hair usually gets worse as you get older....it even comes out of places you never expect it to, like your ears and nose. Good luck though!

No, quite the opposite.

In your 40's you'll be wondering where that hair in your ears came from and you'll swear that you are turning into a Hobbit.
