Get into a room, think about what is wrong, and cry til you can't cry anymore, then go to sleep, you will wake up feeling much better.
The reason you are feeling this way, is because you most likely have been hiding your problems in your "Bubbly State." Spend some time alone and let it out...you will feel better, this is normal.
Do not think happy thoughts or anything like that, it is just hiding what is bothering you, in which, you are going to have to deal with this sooner or later, my recommendation is to do it now.

Go to your doctor. There may be a physical reason for your depression. You may get some help from a religious leader or a counselor as well, but start with an MD.

When that happens to me, I either stay away from people I love (cause I don't want to anger them too) or reach out to them.
Maybe, you should just "sit back for a while" and confront your "priorities". You can not do it all, we are just humans and we have the right to "feel down" for anything.

when I feel down and want to change my mood I listen to music that makes me feel good, or I think about something that affects my mood like something dumb that makes me laugh, go online to a joke site and reading the jokes... that will be a temporary relief, but you should go see a shrink or talk to someone about your thoughts and feelings, sometimes all we want is too be listened to, that always help......

its just stress, take a break every now and then just breathe. Focus one something good thats happening. Life can get overwhelming at times, you just gotta roll with the punches.

Possible stress, take care now cos u don't wanna slip into depression, try and stop or walk away from whatever is bothering you as your mental health is more important. x
