Endorphines?
...but those aren't really "transfered" ... your brain releases them and it gives a sense of euphoria & bliss. They're not passed from one partner to the other.

It's endorphins. You don't transfer them...everyone has endorphins already. They are released when you get excited, excercise, scared, etc.
