YES! They're great! The yolk is much bigger than a chicken yolk so they're GREAT for baking! Make brownies with them...they make the best brownies!

Yes,but they are a little richer - tasting than a chicken egg,and of course a lot bigger! They're good for baking,and great to feed to your dogs and cats,but yes,they are completely fine to eat.

one person said earlier that they are creamier and tastier than chicken eggs
