Someone asked god “God why there are so many religions in the world? If you want you can put all the verses in our brain while we take birth”.
God tells him “I love diversity that is why I have not created anything similar to each other. You watch grass; it might look similar, go near and see everything is different. That is why I have created this world. Everyone is different. Everything is different. It is my wish that there are so many religions and so many beliefs.”
“I am in the centre of the circle. You are given birth and made to stand on the circumference. Each of you have a radii to reach the centre (i.e., to reach me). You should move forward and try to reach me as soon as possible, on the given radii.. Instead you don’t make one set forwards. I keep on standing on the circumference and comment on every radii.

Telling everyone that the radii on which you are standing is the right path to reach the centre.”
“Finally you should understand that every radii leads to the centre. That is every belief or religion leads to the almighty. Instead of preaching others, instead of making comments on other religions, move forward in your selected path and reach the almighty”
If everyone follows the same, there would be peace across the world.
It is difficult to wake up a person in deep sleep. However it is very difficult to wake up someone pretending to be sleeping.
Today in the fast world, no one is following any religion. No one is interested in reading or knowing about his own religion.
Everyone is proud of himself, his family, his language, his country and his religion. Whether it is good or bad, right or wrong, true or not, he will defend his religion. He will talk against other religion. He will not know his religion properly.

He will follow some procedure only because his parents followed it or he learnt it from someone.
Some of the seriously read literature, only to get strong points to defend their religion. Today everyone uses religion to get united to one sect. Whether it is caste or religion, he will use it to his advantage.
If someone follows religion properly, he will be a good man with broad mind loving all humans. He will not be fundamentalist. His behavior and activities will admire and attract to know more about that religion. He becomes a role model.
Every religion preaches us to be wise, truthful, loving, love others, be kind to others, help others, kill ego, don’t hurt others, do something good for the society, don’t discriminate people, etc.

Instead of following these basic principles, we fight with each others. We attack each other. We want satisfy our ego. That is what we do in every one of our act.
For example, please read the answers below: everyone would advice me, preach me, insult me and even question my thought:
Common people let’s all change for good.
Please share your views with intelligence

Well I will say perhaps I have taken this wrong based upon the other answers you have gotten. To me when I read this is sounded like you were saying ALL religions are correct and ALL religions lead to the same place. And as long as one believes in SOME religion one will be heading to the same location as those that believe in other religions. Therefore we should not hate and discriminate against ANY other religion and focus primarily on our own beliefs and bettering ourselves in OUR religion? if this is truly what you meant then I completely agree 100%.

My religion is Hinduism.
Hinduism, the world’s oldest religion, has no beginning--it precedes recorded history. It has no human founder. It is a mystical religion, leading the devotee to personally experience the Truth within, finally reaching the pinnacle of consciousness where man and God are one. Hinduism has four main denominations--Saivism, Shaktism, Vaishnavism and Smartism.
The following nine facts, though not exhaustive, offer a simple summary of Hindu spirituality or about Hinudism.
1 Hindus believe in a one, all-pervasive Supreme Being who is both immanent and transcendent, both Creator and Unmanifest Reality.
2 Hindus believe in the divinity of the four Vedas, the world's most ancient scripture, and venerate the Agamas as equally revealed. These primordial hymns are God's word and the bedrock of Sanatana Dharma, the eternal religion.
3 Hindus believe that the universe undergoes endless cycles of creation, preservation and dissolution.
4 Hindus believe in karma, the law of cause and effect by which each individual creates his own destiny by his thoughts, words and deeds.
5 Hindus believe that the soul reincarnates, evolving through many births until all karmas have been resolved, and moksha, liberation from the cycle of rebirth, is attained. Not a single soul will be deprived of this destiny.
6 Hindus believe that divine beings exist in unseen worlds and that temple worship, rituals, sacraments and personal devotionals create a communion with these devas (divine beings) and God.
7 Hindus believe that an enlightened master, or satguru, is essential to know the Transcendent Absolute, as are personal discipline, good conduct, purification, pilgrimage, self-inquiry, meditation and surrender in God.
8 Hindus believe that all life is sacred, to be loved and revered, and therefore practice ahimsa, noninjury, in thought, word and deed.
9 Hindus believe that no religion teaches the only way to salvation above all others, but that all genuine paths are facets of God's Light, deserving tolerance and understanding.
The Veda is the Hindu holy book. The four books of the Vedas—Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharva—include over 100,000 verses. The knowledge imparted by the Vedas ranges from earthy devotion to high philosophy. Their words and wisdom permeate Hindu thought, ritual and meditation. The Vedas are the ultimate scriptural authority for Hindus. Their oldest portions are said by some to date back as far as 6,000 bce, orally transmitted for most of history and written down in Sanskrit in the last few millennia, making them the world’s longest and most ancient scripture.
The Vedas open a rare window into ancient Indian society, proclaiming life’s sacredness and the way to oneness with God.
Hinduism is unique among the world's religions. I boldly proclaim it the oldest religion in the world. To begin with, it is mankind's oldest spiritual declaration, the very fountainhead of faith on the planet. Hinduism's venerable age has seasoned it to maturity. It is the only religion, to my knowledge, which is not founded in a single historic event or prophet, but which itself precedes recorded history. Hinduism has been called the "cradle of spirituality," and the "mother of all religions," partially because it has influenced virtually every major religion and partly because it can absorb all other religions, honor and embrace their scriptures, their saints, their philosophy. This is possible because Hinduism looks compassionately on all genuine spiritual effort and knows unmistakably that all souls are evolving toward union with the Divine, and all are destined, without exception, to achieve spiritual enlightenment and liberation in this or a future life.

i don't have a problem with any other answer given here except for the one given by kait. if she wants to promote christianity, she has every right. although this section is a discussion forum, somewhere we all end up promoting our religions and that's fine. but how fair is it to openly call other religions false? if that is so then how much sense does it make when someone says god became man? i mean how fake can you sound? god is superior and he does'nt have to resort to taking forms of anyone to do something. he can do it anyways. when he wants to bring you in this world, does he become either of your mother or father? no he does'nt coz he does'nt have to. he has his ways of doing things which may or may not be understandable to human beings. with due respect to PROPHET ISA(P.B.U.H), he was a respectable PROPHET(P.B.U.H) OF ALLAH and not ALLAH himself. consequently he was never crucified. ALLAH never allows HIS PROPHETS(P.B.U.H) TO BE HARMED. PROPHET ISA(P.B.U.H) was raised and will return 40 years before the end of this world. got it! by the way, we have already started fighting thanks to GENTLEMAN!

Unlike all other religions, Christianity alone possesses a founder who transcends death and who promises that His followers will do the same. All other (false) religions were founded by men and prophets whose end was the grave. As Christians, we take comfort in the fact that our God became man, died for our sins, was killed, and was resurrected the third day. The grave could not hold Him. He lives and He sits today at the right hand of God the Father in heaven. The living church has a living Head.

human beings get too caught up interior the international of "kind." Divine potential is One large source. human beings attempt to "very own" It as they throw their own perceptions on It. Then the ego gets in contact in holding their own illusions. those illusions do no longer stand up to the try of fact, and thus shrink human beings to very narrow pathways.
