If you are refering to having Holy Ghost goose bumps, then yes. And its great. It only means that the Holy spirit has come all over you and is blanketing you with total peace and joy, and you can literally feel His presence even more strong than usual. sometimes to the point you cant walk, or move. Sometimes it is lightly, just like Someone turned a nice warm, glowing feel all over you from head to toe and you know God is right there. The Holy SPirit talks to us and guide us all the time, even when we arent aware of it. W E must learn to know the Holy SPirit and recognize the spirit when it speaks to us.Great question.
