Is anyone a diplomat in the UK?

I'm 14 years old and I have to do some research for my careers lessons. I really want to get an idea of how hard it would be to become one and if it is a realistic goal or not. I have already found out about fast stream entry etc but I would really like some advice from a more knowledgeable person.

then i suggest you could write to a diplomat? see if he would have the time to take to answer you ? or do researches on the internet?

Study foreign relations, international law, government, history and geography in order to be a good diplomat.
