She layed 2 Saturday, 1 Sunday and 1 today... how long will she keep this up? My dog gets to them & eats them, will they harm him?? How many days out of a month will she lay eggs? How many? And also, what time of day do they lay eggs? I need alot of info. Thanks.

She'll probably lay one every day or every other day for several months as long as you collect the eggs. If you don't have a drake (male duck) then the eggs will be infertile and won't hatch.
She'll probably stop laying when the weather turns bad - cold, short days etc. - and start back again in the spring.
Eggs won't hurt your dog. but I would urge you to collect the eggs as they're really tasty - creamier than chicken eggs.
