The kingdom hall I attend has very large windows.
Our kingdom halls are built on contributions by volunteer brothers. So it is sometimes due to financial cost that the number of windows may be kept to a minimum.
But there is nothing sinister about it!

Some Kingdom Halls do have windows. The one I go to doesn't. I have heard that not having windows is less distracting for those listening, especially children; lessens heating/cooling costs. Another reason I have heard of is for security/stopping vandalism.
Having no windows in the Kingdom Hall has nothing to do with Armageddon or trying to keep those who would be destroyed from entering the Hall. This is a vicious, hateful rumor that needs to be ended.

Does your church have a big cross on the roof?
Does your church have alot of idols inside?
This question has been asked so many times.
At onetime I also wondered why a Kingdom Hall has no windows. But instead of being a weak person and attacking them about this I looked into it myself. I was invited to the Kingdom Hall and so I went. I was so impressed by the love that was shown it was truly amazing.
People all over the world are invited into our Kingdom Halls and you will see no idols or images that the Bible clearly speaks against.
And no collection plate is ever passed.
Anyone reading my comment please come to a Kingdom Hall and see for yourself.
Don't believe that we are a cult and all the other horrible things that people say about us.
I studied and I know for a fact they have the truth.
My Wife and I were baptized in Aug. 1996.

Generally, a Kingdom Hall is built without windows only in areas which tend toward hate crimes and vandalism against houses of worship. Sadly, it seems that the questioner is from such an area, and perhaps even more sad that such religious intolerance occurs worldwide.

Perhaps these anti-Witness bigots fail to understand that their vandalism and persecution actually work to help prove that Jehovah's Witnesses are true Christians.
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

Some do have them, some don't. It is simply a matter of construction. Some do/don't because of safety issues.
The first Kingdom Hall I remember attending was in a BAD BAD neighborhood. It had NO windows, and even had to have a brick cage around the heat and air unit.
EDIT
I personally don't know specifically which Hall you are refering to. If you want to know why that specific one has no windows, your best bet is to ask someone there.

Cheaper, lower maintenance, quicker to build seem the most obvious, since it's all done by volunteers and there going up so fast.

Because if there were windows, everyone could see all the hypocrisy that goes on inside.
I'm joking, but seriously, their organization, though Bible truths are upright and credible, the people are full of hypocrisy and racism. Many can attest to this first hand. The Witnesses also slander those who confront them with the lying, slandering, hypocrisy and racism, then later they pretend to quote Bible scriptures when someone has a question about the Bible. Either you are honest and upright or you're a hypocrite. Most I see in that organization are hypocrites.

I've seen some that had windows. Why would it matter if they had windows or not?
