create an outside space/landscaping... adding curb appeal

First the kitchen and then the bathrooms. If you are selling also make sure it has curb appeal. Make sure the yard and flower beds are nicely done.

resist the urge to paint the walls in any color other than white or offwhite as potential buyers usually don't agree with your color choices and see this as an out-of-pocket expense to them to change it, even if it was just done
