I have that too.
Im only 12 and i have acne on my back also this is called "Backacne"
60% of women/teens get acne and backacne. Dont worry i know there discusting and they hurt like "Hell"
Was your back and cleanse it just as you do if you have acne on your face maybe get an adult to help you becuase it may be tricky to reach your back like that, it may take a couple months to clear (2-4) if it does not clear i would go see a dermitoligist and get something stronger prescribed such as Tetricycle, or accutane. Accutane is much stronger and you only use this as a LAST RESORT (only if prescribed) it can cause many horrible side effects so i would keep to the daily cleansing i wouldn't go into the proactiv for your back because truley it doesnt work. Just wash your back day and night and DO NOT PICK THEM! this can cause scaring leaving your acne on your back. :)
I hope this helped

i used to have them all the time, i'mnot saying that they're totally gone now but my back is soooo much better than before there are very few pimples and they're hardly noticable...well here's what to do first of all the minute your back gets sweaty immediately go get a shower dn't let the sweat clog the pres, the clogged pores cause pimples, secondly the sun is really good if u expose your back to the sun it'll help well that's what id i it'll take a while but eventually u'll notice the difference

I never used to get pimples on my back , neck and shoulder area til recently. I found out it was because I switched to a new hair conditioner (Dove). It could be that you are having an allergic reaction to a particular shampoo or conditioner. Try switching and see if it clears up.

You can use an over the counter acne treatment on them. I use a loofah in the shower (I know they make special body wash for this, too), which exfoliates and keeps the pores clean. Wearing breathable clothing can also help. I hope that this helps!!

When washing your back use a loofah, sponge or exfoliant to help remove any dead skin cells that may clog up pores. Use a gentle action and don’t be too harsh otherwise you will end up breaking the skin. More such solutions at http://solutionsforpimples.blogspot.com/

Is your hair long? The best answer I have to your questions is to tie your hair back and away from your skin before retiring for the evening. You will then want to follow it up with a back scrubber, with plenty of soap and water. Speaking of soap, is your detergent loaded with dyes and perfumes? If so, try a perfume/dye free detergent.

Oh, I can relate.
Chances are, you can't really do anything about it, it's just hormones. People will tell you to wash your back more. I'm not saying to stop bathing, but that will not get rid of them.
If you want to know how I got rid of mine, I got a bad sunburn on my back, and they just never came back. I don't know if you can really do anything about that now. Try tree tea oil, and hot baths.

Benzoyl peroxide wash works great I got 5% from my dermy it is awesome but is $25 so you can get some over the counter to try. Also, hydrocortisone works great too esp. if ur outside a lot or workout.

there are several things you could try...
*dial antibacterial soap (no scent)
*and if that does not work you can go to your pharmacy and ask for a panoxyl bar I dont think i spelled it right but if you say it how i spelled thats what it is.
Its a behind the counter bar, but is not a prescription soap.
It will help dry them out and go away!
Good luck!!
