I know only of one that is in I Timothy 5:8.

"But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever."

Further on in 1 Timothy 5:16
"If any woman who is a believer has widows in her family, she should help them and not let the church be burdened with them, so that the church can help those widows who are really in need."

But I think 1 Timothy 5:4 is what you are really looking for.

"But if a widow has children or grandchildren, these should learn first of all to put their religion into practice by caring for their own family and so repaying their parents and grandparents, for this is pleasing to God."

that is scary---because I am a believer, but my mom is in a nursing home.
I do NOT visit like I should, but she is in a phsychiatry program where they are taken to another place and they 'talk' and when she gets back about 3--I am in the middle of work.

do you mean, "the fatherless and the widows,." ?
Or "respect your father and mother,........"?
