It sounds like you're still in the process of letting go of your Mom. Perhaps your Grandma's time is not far off. Letting go can be hard!

Well, this is very normal. Many people have dreams about dying or dead relatives, especially if they are very close. Many religious people also believe that is the soul's way of communicating to people who are still living.
But while these dreams do seem profound, many dreams mean nothing. Sometimes dreams are random interpretations of data in the brain that sometimes just don't make sense. But a religious person would tell you that they definitely mean something. I am a Catholic, but I don't believe in this dream hocus-pocus stuff.
But hey, you never know. Give your grandma a visit, it would never hurt anybody.

maybe you feel like your grandmother's fading away, or almost gone?
you dream about your mom because it still has an impact on you, understandably. maybe something during the day reminded you of her & you didnt notice it on a concious level.
