I broke up with my ex and I tried the whole "remaining friends" thing. (which obviously doesnt work) And it was going ok for a while, and then yesterday he called me and told me he needed to pick up a few things. He walked in my house with hickies all over his neck. It bothered me a little, but he has a right to do what he wants. Then as he was going through my room getting some of his things, he asked me where I kept the condoms and then asked if he could take some! Why in the h*ll would he do this?? I kicked him out of my house, because I thought it was disrespectful and knew that he was trying to rub his new girlfriend in my face. I then texted him and told him I didn't want to talk to him anymore, and he acts like he doesnt know what he did wrong, and thinks I'm just being jealous. Am I wrong here???

Hell no you're not wrong. Look, he did it to rub it in your face, and I'd say you already have him in the right category (he's an EX) and if I were you, I'd make sure that's where he stayed. But that was a childish, immature, disrespectful move. . aren't you glad you're not with him anymore? That was really cruddy.

You are only wrong for acting the way you did. You can feel like that just do not let him see it. When he asked for the condoms I would have told him where they are and asked him to leave a few for ______ and just fill in the name of a guy he doesnt like much. If he is playing with you never let him see you hurt.

That was his whole point of coming to your house with hickies and asking you for condoms was to make you jealous. So don't sit around moping about it. Go out and get yourself a boyfriend! Have fun!!

No you're not wrong, but I have a strong suspicion the hickies are fake and he's trying to make you jealous..........so far seems to be working quite well. Or at least he succeeded in aggravating you.

you did the right thing! just tell him to go on! let me tell you I broke up with my ex 7 months ago and we tried the whole friends thing then he started telling me about his sex life and showing me his condoms and stuff so i set a few rules i said if you wanna talk to me and stuff that is fine ( we have bills tieing us together so we have to talk) but you will not bring her around me you will not talk about your sex life with her and then i'll talk to you but if you continue to do so you can just go the hel l on! and it worked he respected me. he use to call every now and then to see how i was now i just see him once a month to get my money for the bills and we may talk for a bit but let me tell you going 30 days without seeing him or talking to him is the best ever. it really helps you get over him!

You are completely in the right. That was rude and innconsiderate of him. Just get rid of the guy completely. He doesn't deserve you. He's just an a$ s who thinks with his weiner. Don't try and be friends with all your ex boyfriends. It's not worth it!!!

You're not wrong to not want to be friends with an insensitive jerk! He's obviously immature trying to shove his sexual conquests in your face.
Kick him to the curb and find someone worth being with!
