he is sleeping right now but when i move him or wake him up he moans, he can't run without loosing his balance or move i dont know what to do!

first off HE'S AT THE VET NOW!
2ND: I KNEW WHAT I HAD TO DO AND I NEVER TREAT MY PETS ANY DIFFERENT SO TO THE PERSON WHO SAID "WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF IT WHERE YOUR BABY.." THATS WHY I WAS SEEKING FOR HELP B/C I COULDNT GO TO THE VET AND I DID NOT HAVE MY CELL PHONE! ALL OF MY NEIGHBORS ARE AT WORK I am not ignorant I love my puppy to death.
Anyway i rushed him to the vet and my sister is there with him I am back on my way i just had to come get some cash. Thank you for responding right away!! I hope he is okay and will recover quickly!! he is sooo tiny still I only pray.

Our vet said that the puppy should be fine and he is staying the night so that he can keep an eye on him ..he had to give him steriods?? and he also had to draw blood out of him. He said he is having a concussion and should be fine by tomorrow. I hope he is being completely honest & telling me the truth.

Take him to the vet ASAP! This happen to me with my pup, you could even look in my profile and see my question I post up if you want to get some information if you can't get helped here.

Wake him up right away and take him to the vet. Probably concussion, but you need to be sure.
Edit: I'm sure he's being honest with you. Did I not say it was probably concussion! It's always best to check out any head injury as you have done.

Call a friend, call a neighbor, call anybody who can get puppy to the vet RIGHT NOW. Keep calling until someone can take you! If all else fails, call your local emergency vet and see if they can send someone to pick him up.

Definitely take him to the vet! He could have a bruised brain which could lead to death. The poor baby must have a huge headache!

First of all if he hit it that hard do not let him sleep keep him busy give it about 30 mins if he is still like that go visit your Vet!

If he hurt his head bad then you NEED to take him to the vet tell him you story he'll want to know if you dont then your actions could leave you regreting this for a very long time. just a littel bump can leaVE YOUR PUPPY IN A TERIBLE STATE HE IS ONLY A BABY(PUPPY)trust me i have a cat that lost he legg not long ago when he was only 18 months.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TAKE HIM TO THE VET ASAP!!!!!!!!!

Okay, get your puppy to a vet asap! Just like humans, dogs can get a concussion, and like humans, they can get swelling of the brain. If not checked, "like" people, he can die because of this. So hurry, go get him checked out NOW!!!!
