If she is finishing the bottle and wants another give it to her...babies have tiny stomachs that empty really quickly. You'll know if she's truly not hungry because she'll push the nipple out with her tongue. Never give a baby water, they get all the water they need from formula or breast milk; giving water could upset their nutritional balance. Pedialyte is for dehydration when the baby has been sicking up or has diarrhea.
