They were so close to perfection at that time and there were few pollutants in the world, so the chances of birth defects were nil. I think that is the main reason for laws concerning incest, birth defects from a common gene pool. I believe I read an incident of lot having sex with his daughter, so incest was not a concern in those days.
Keep in mind, there were several couples remaining after the flood. The offspring would have been first cousins, and they intermarried. After a generation, they would be second cousins, which is legal for marriage today.

After the flood everybody had beach property and the bikini was invented by Mrs. Noah, who at the ripe old age of around 744 years had an amazingly tight body.
Everybody basically dated and had sex with people from nearby beach communities. Of course, Texas did not have a flood because the people who made up the story didn’t know Texas existed.
The story goes that Cain got a wife from a nearby village but that was scrubbed for political purposes since Cain was gay.

Incest was still allowed right after Noah for the sake of human propagation. The laws against incest did not exist until Moses time. Besides, Noah's offspring was already married.

Misplaced mother has hit the common sense nail on the head in this case other than the fact that if there was a health problem ,I'm sure the one who sealed the door of the Ark and let the flood waters loose on the earth wouldn't have much trouble handling that situation until things rectified itself in time.

I see answers that Noah's son's wives weren't related - Whoops! Yes, they were - remember they also came from Adam & Eve. And if Eve was taken from Adam's rib then she was a clone. Incest anyone?
There is nothing in the Bible that says incest didn't count because the gene pool was "pure" until Moses. Those bronze-age goatherders didn't even know about the female egg, much less about genes. Get real.

If we'd look up to the Old Testament, there are mentions of incest from one relative to the other, etc. It has been like that ever since the time of Adam.

One must keep in mind that in the early years of the human race there were no genetic defects that had yet developed as a result of the fall of man. By the time of Abraham, God had not yet declared this kind of marriage to be contrary to His will (see Genesis 20:12). Laws governing incest apparently did not become enacted until the time of Moses (Lev 18:7-17; 20:11,12,14,17,20,21). Hence, there was no prohibition regarding marrying a sister (or niece or grandniece) in the days of Noah and his family.

God set the laws concerning incest at the time of Moses. Until then there was no such thing. For those who believe in evolution...Can't this same question apply to the first two 'humanoids'? Or doesn't that count =)

Do you even READ the Bible? Noah's sons were on the Ark with THEIR WIVES. They mated with their wives, of course, then cousins had to mate and so on. How do you think people populated the earth in the beginning? They married brothers and sisters. It wasn't incest then, until God made a new law when there were enough people in the world. God told them to be "fruitfull and multiply" And, that's also what Noah's sons had to do, and their kids, and so on.
