I have been dating this man for one year now and we have an amazing relationship. He's a marine special forces. He told me he wants me to be the last woman in his life, and he has never felt about any woman the way he feels bout me that I make him want to open up. He wants me to be the mother to his children and wants me to be the woman he will marry. He asked me to move in with him in the next few months (at a time of my choice) and wants me meet his parents (which know all about me and want to meet me). He is trying out for a (top secret job) for this month and will be moving and asked me to go with him. This is the deal! Last nigh he called me to say he will not be taking the job b/c it is a single mans job and he does not want to risk losing me. So here is my question is really that deeply in love with me? He has been training every day to be ready for this job for over a year now. That seems to be a lot to give up! I am afraid if things do not work out with us he will regret it

There is no easy, or definite answer to this question. Relationships with a military man, especially at this volatile time, have many hazards. Obviously, your loved one could die. You must also accept the possibility of moving to strange, exotic lands; if you wed. Then there is the unique nature of the Marine Corp. A veteran of the Army, or Navy will tell you that they served in the Army, or Navy. Your boyfriend, even long after he is discharged from service will tell you that he IS a Marine.

As for the question of his not taking the top secret job, there is also the possibility that your boyfriend does not want a single mans life. If it turns out that you two do not work out, then he will inevitably regret many things. This will not excuse him from taking responsibility for the choices he made.

Remember, he only passed on one opportunity. If he excels in his training, and is a competent individual, then this will not be the last opportunity he ever has.

I cannot tell you what to do, but you seem to be very considerate of him, his future, and well being. If you can continue to consider that, then you have a laid the foundation for a very solid relationship. But understand that you will be choosing a man who is dedicated to serve, possibly, a greater good, and knowing this, you must be prepared to share him and never have him entirely to yourself.

You must truthfully inform him appear i best wanna be your pal and when you maintain urgent this dilemma we will be able to reduce off all verbal exchange and the one time we will be able to talk is after we are replacing our little one. You could make this very complicated by way of regularly gambling the custody wrestle. If he's past due punish him etc. desire this is helping

I think he is really in love with you.

However, before you make your decision and before he turn down the job, please talk to him and make sure he understands your conserns.
Basically, you are a couple now and need to learn to communicate with each other. VERY important.

Good Luck
