jinenglish: I was wondering if there were alternatives to this destructive plan. I'd rather things stay how they are than have everything tossed into a lake of fire.

If you really don't believe then why ask this question? Are you just trying to start in on us Christians again? Give it a rest and find a new hobby. One that perhaps might be a better use of your free time.

Let me ask you something. If you suddenly saw that ALL of the prophecies in Revelations were coming to pass, would you start to believe?
God isn't going to come and kill everyone. That isn't how it works. What's going to happen is mankind is going to be allowed to almost destroy itself, and THEN God is going to return. And that's only IF the Bible is correct.
If the Bible isn't correct, you obviously have nothing to worry about, do you? But if you start to see those prophecies being fulfilled...well...
