Only if you love him then tell him that. My boyfriend broke up with his ex because she rushed into the relationship and told him that she loved him after they had been going out for like three weeks.

I think , it`s wrong if he isn`t a good person for YOU ..
but, if he is good for you, and you love him ... i think you should say it to him.
