Uva-Ursi or Bearberries are really fruit though. They were used by the Indians and settlers here in the Pacific Northwest.

Quinoa is a grain found in the supermarket or health food stores. Grain is really a fruit botanically but most people use grains as a vegetable for edible uses.

Dock leaves are edible and used in salads if very young. My mother used it to treat nettle stings when I was little.

Dandelion, Taraxacum officinale, leaves also can be used.
