First off where does she live? If she lived near by then I'd call him history. It could be just a friend that he talks to cause he doesnt feel he can talk to you about everything which is not good on a relationship neither.
It really depends on how far he takes it with this online girl, it may be nothing but conversating and nothing is going on or it could also be a potential for another mate then I'd say your too good for that and you should never let someone treat you like that.

Oh girl.. NO..this is not acceptable in any relationship, and shouldn't be tolerated at all. You need to let this fellow go, and find someone who is, just into you, not the fantasy on-line g/f. That is cheating right in front of you face, and there is no explanation he can give you, for this unacceptable behavior. You need to pull yourself together and walk, no run as fast as you can away from this unfaithful creep, this is no way cool.

It doesn't matter if it is in person or not. If they are chatting and flirting online, who knows what might happen. Perhaps they may meet in person or maybe they already have. The fact that he is doing this stuff shows that he's not ready to commit and have a serious relationship.

Tell him how you feel about it. Ask him why he has another girlfriend. Tell him you don't like it and ask him how he would feel if it was you doing the same thing. Tell him that if he is unhappy with your relationship then you think you need to talk about it.
