ON Adobe Photoshop i wanna make a still picture also want it to have some effects on it like on Wrestling or music or whatever people comes out they have stage effects of torches shooting off in background i want to make my picture look exactly like that i thought about opticity or whatever called but i dont thinkt hat will get what i want because i want my feet to show and my body have a glow from all the light in background i dont know, better example if i was in burning house and there was a fire there i wanna see like redish black glare or whatever from the fire on my face and body. I hope that helps out lol.

You need to learn how to use photoshop's tools and then figure out how to get the results you are talking about. Photoshop takes a long time to really learn - so practice.
You may want to set up your photos so that you do not need to do so much work in photoshop.

the latest version is easily CS3 (innovative Suite 3), there is not any longer something lots in terms of distinction, different than some new filters and interface ameliorations. in my opinion CS2 is the terrific so a good distance!
