There's a 50% chance that it will be. If you use a 2 headed coin, the probability is 100% (if it doesn't land on its edge).

Why should it? Prayer works when God's People pray IN GOD'S WILL. How is 'heads' a part of God's Will?

Not for sure, but generally I'd say it'd be a fifty-fifty chance.

God hears all prayers. He also answers all prayers. Sometimes, the answer is "no".

Half of the time, God will answer your prayer, the other half of the time, he will answer it, but the answer will be 'no'.
