15He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. 17He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, 20and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross. (Col 1)
*Edit: In response to the second prophecy mentioned above (posted by Jedi Master), Jesus Himself answered this ..., "41While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, 42"What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is he?"
"The son of David," they replied.
43He said to them, "How is it then that David, speaking by the Spirit, calls him 'Lord'? For he says,
44" 'The Lord said to my Lord:
"Sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet."
45If then David calls him 'Lord,' how can he be his son?" 46No one could say a word in reply, and from that day on no one dared to ask him any more questions. (Matt 22)

Jesus Christ is Almighty God
He is called God in Isa 9:6, John 1:1, 20:28, Rom 9:5, Titus 2:13, Heb 1:8, 2 Peter 1:1
He is called Lord where the context clearly means the Lord, Jehovah, of the OT in Rom 10:9-13, Phil 2:9-11, Heb 1:10-12, 1 Peter 2:3, 3:15

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. - John 1:1,14.
Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. - Acts 4:10-12.

"In the beginning was the Word; and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him, and without Him was not anything made that has been made. In Him was life, and this life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness comprehended it not...That was the true light which gives light to every man who comes into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and His own received Him not. But as many as received Him, to them He gave power to become the children of God; even to those who believe in His name...And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us..." John 1: 1-5, 12-14
Jesus Christ is the Creator of the heavens and the earth and everything within them. Our Creator took on Himself the form of His creation -a human being named Jesus of Nazareth- in order that He could become our Redeemer. Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation and heaven, as He Himself stated: "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
PS: Jedi Master- 1.The name Jesus means the Lord saves. "For He shall save His people from their sin". Jesus Christ was God, the Creator, in the flesh, thus He did indeed fulfill this prophecy.
2.Jesus was a desendant of David through Joseph and through Mary.( See Luke.) Thus Jesus also fulfilled this prophecy.
3. The 12 tribes of Israel became 2 different kingdoms and the kingdom about which this specific prophecy speaks was indeed destroyed before Jesus came to the earth -before the age of reason. The kingdom of Syria, about which this particular prophecy also speaks, was also destroyed before Jesus reached the age of reason. Therefore this prophecy was also fulfilled
4. Jesus Christ fulfilled over 80 different OT Messianic prophecies with His birth, life, death and resurrection.

Passage John 3 :
John 3
1There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:
2The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.
3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
9Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?
10Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?
11Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
12If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
13And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
14And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
15That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
John 3
