Does someone know something or another application to stop this software? with that you can view someones pc or what is he doing , i cant uninstall it cause its in my offices pc and no one without an administrator password can do it... please help me!

If you get into the network configuration you can block the ports for VNC. VNC defaults to port 5900 (although it could be configured to another port).
What you may want to do is talk to your administrators about removing the software though. While it is a convenient application, it is not very secure.
