A good summary. There are some areas that need work, however. The first is in the first paragraph, in the last two sentences:
"since from"-awkward
"generally fairly"-weak & redundant
"anywhere in the world"-I would remove this
Fifth paragraph, first sentence:
"that it might be expected"-awkward, weak, redundant
Fifth paragraph, third sentence:
"the nearest Europe"-you might want to add "that" between nearest and Europe
Other than those minor problems, I feel that this is a well written essay. Do you have any sources that you would like to make reference to, or are these facts that you feel comfortable making on your own? Depending on what this summary's objective is, you may want to reveal your sources.

You essentially got it right. You might want to add a section about the playing field being level in as far as the way the people working in the factories are treated, i.e. same wages and benefits across the board.
Governments not keeping the worker's wages low compared to wages of workers in other countries, there by gaining an unfair advantage.
A good example of that is one place I worked. The company had plants in Mexico and the United States. Whenever the workers in the States started talking about pay raises; The company would threaten to move everything to Mexico.
We asked some of the men from the Mexican plants what the company said to the them when they started talking about pay raises. We were told this by them. When we start talking about getting a pay raise the company threatens to close the plant and move everything to China.
You might also want to check your grammar. A couple places I noticed present tense when it should have been past tense.
