He DID look like he'd been awake too long! LOL!
I remember him getting drunk in the bar next to George's dry cleaners in one episode. Of course it's in the same building where he works but I HOPE he was off work...lol I bet him and Mr. Bently went out for prostitutes ever-so -often too! ;P
