if you tell her, she'll consider you did it out of jealousy so you won't get her anyways.
On the other hand, a good friend would be willing to give up any chance with her to spare her the embarassment of finding out about the cad in some other manner.
Be a man, step up to the plate, tell her, understanding that you've just given up any chance to be with her. She may not want to see you or talk to you for a long time, so be prepared to move on.

tell her she may be your crush but it sounds like shes your friend to and if you let him keep cheating on her than that makes you even more the bad guy because you knew it was happening and then what happens if she finds out you knew shes going to be hurt more than she already will be when she finds out hes cheating and that doesnt help your situation anymore than it already is dont ask her right out either let her be for a little bit then try to talk to her ask her up front if she really likes her tell her you dont want to be a reboud that you really like her and you want to be a boyfriend boyfriend because believe me if a guy i knew found out my husband was cheating on me and didnt tell me you could bet i would never even speak to him again if i found out he knew and hid it from me too

if she liked you as much as you like her she would be with you. get a girl that makes the effort to be with you.
be her friend and tell her the truth if you feel you must. but lose the feelings. you deserve someone that can give you 100% of themselves. good luck.

Your better then that ...dont be used as a rebound....because that is exactally what you'll be used as a ....REBOUND...if someone cheats once ..they will do it again....
